Every now and then, we get something that's a true 'classic' to work on, and this if anything is, is a true classic.
The bike arrived in fair shape and the owner wanted it to look 'showroom fresh', while retaining some of it's original patina. We stripped the bike down to the frame and engine and carefully cleaned, restored and rebuilt everything to make it work and look like nearly-new. The motor looked if it had not been serviced since the bike was new and everything was in need of overhauling. But the result was well worth the effort. The bike ran so much quieter and smoother and looked like it wouldn't be out of place at any show.
